Professional Experience

Mitchell Hasenkampf provides a wide range of litigation services to a client base of predominantly corporate and public entities. He offers particular experience in motor carrier liability, oil and gas defense, and commercial lending practices. Additionally, he has litigated several trade secret claims and contract disputes. His experience spans both corporate defense and commercial plaintiff matters.

Mr. Hasenkampf is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts throughout the state of Louisiana and he is a member of the Federal Bar Association, New Orleans Bar Association, Louisiana Bar Association, and the Texas Energy Law Association.

Education

Mr. Hasenkampf hailed from New Orleans before moving to Austin, Texas to attend St. Edward’s University and the University of Texas School of Law. He returned to the Crescent City in 2009 to practice commercial litigation for four years prior to joining HR&T. Mr. Hasenkampf was recognized for giving back to his community with the receipt of the Louisiana State Bar Association Century Award for pro bono service in 2013.

While attending the University of Texas School of Law, Mr. Hasenkampf served on the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law and on the Texas International Law Journal.
